Online Employee Recruiting System from TNCC

Online recruiting system creates win/win for employers, jobseekers Think you’ve tried every way possible to advertise, recruit for, and fill much needed vacancies in your company? Maybe not, if you’re not participating in Thomas Nelson Community College’s eRecruiting job database system! A direct link to employers and TNCC students and alumni, eRecruiting allows employers to post jobs, internships and cooperative education opportunities free of charge. “Currently, over 350 companies are taking advantage of the service,” said Jessena Godfrey, Cooperative Education Coordinator at TNCC. “eRecruiting is really userfriendly for employer partners. Once employers register with the system, they will have their own eRecruiting ‘home page’ where they can post both positions and upcoming events for students and prospective employees to attend.“According to Godfrey, the online program is also available to all TNCC students and alumni, and may be accessed anytime, anywhere. “Students can easily navigate through the system as well, performing searches to find specific companies and job titles for which they’d like to apply,” she said.
Steps for employers to gain free access to e-Recruiting include:
1. Log onto www.tncc.edu, and go to “Employment” in the lefthand menu bar, then click “eRecruiting”.
2. Click the “Experience” logo on the right-hand side.
3. In the Employers section, click “Employers log in here”.
4. You will be prompted to self register by clicking “Create an Account” and entering your own company/employer information. You must then click “Request Access” ( a blue box), which will allow you to customize a message to the TNCC Workforce Services and Cooperative Education office and send it through the system.
5. We will be alerted to your pending request.
6. We will then send you an email with notification of your acceptance. The next time you access eRecruiting, you will automatically be connected to our school and be able to view and create your own internships, co-ops, and jobs.
