The City Codes Compliance Division issued permits for 109 newly constructed family dwelling units in the year 2004. There are approximately 23 Homeowner's Associations that serve many housing developments throughout the City.
Two new developments are underway in the City of Williamsburg:
High Street A mixed use community with retail space, luxury apartment homes, townhomes, and mid-rise condominiums.
The Village at Quarterpath A community with a mix of 77 townhomes and single family homes.
