New Market Tax Credits

Businesses, including nonprofits, located in Census Tract 3702 in the City of Williamsburg may qualify for the federal New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. The direct benefit of the NMTC Program for businesses in the City of Williamsburg is lower interest rate loans via NMTC entities.
