Water:
The City has its own water source and treatment plant located at the Waller Mill Reservoir. Residential water meters are read quarterly. Business water meters are read monthly. A water deposit is required. To initiate or discontinue water service contact:

Payment can be made by mail, in person, through automatic monthly payment (ACH) or at our online e-Government site. Please visit the City's Water Services page for online forms and the latest water and sewer rates.
