Prepare-Care-ShareSM was developed in partnership with a customer service-training consultant whose recent work includes Hong Kong Disney and other top-notch attractions. Prepare-Care-ShareSM is customized to meet the specific needs of the Historic Triangle. The most powerful marketing tool is word of mouth. Great customer service generates positive word of mouth for individual businesses and the region. The entire community is working together to grow our marketing effort to increase visitation.
