Customer Service Training - Prepare Care Share

Prepare-Care-Share Training

Can anyone have too much Customer Service Training?  World Class Service is a skill that continually needs polishing and reinforcement. Prepare-Care-ShareSM was developed in partnership with a customer service-training consultant whose recent work includes Hong Kong Disney and other top-notch attractions.  Prepare-Care-ShareSM is customized to meet the specific needs of the Historic Triangle. The most powerful marketing tool is word of mouth. Great customer service generates positive word of mouth for individual businesses and the region. The entire community is working together to grow our marketing effort to increase visitation. The marketing effort can get people to visit once, but it's the experience and service that can bring them back! Please join us!  Prepare-Care-ShareSM is 3-hour high-energy classroom training. Each business that participates in PCS will receive –

  • Historic Triangle Resource Notebook
  • Historic Triangle maps

Each individual who participates in PCS will receive –

  • Historic Triangle lapel pin
  • Continuing Education Units from Thomas Nelson Community College
  • Invitation to take the Historic Triangle Familiarization Tour: Visit and experience what's new at key Historic Triangle attractions at Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg and Yorktown.  Have lunch at a colonial tavern; take a walking tour of Water Country, Busch Gardens and much more! This single-day guided tour is free to PCS graduates!
