The Finance Department handles tax collection, vehicle registration, and parking permits. Real estate tax bills are mailed in April and October. Personal property tax bills are mailed on October 1st. Vehicle registration decals are required yearly by February 15th, and are mailed to residents automatically if personal property taxes have been paid. Residential parking decals for resident-only parking areas may be purchased in August.
