Small Business Environmental Compliance Fund

This fund provides financing for Virginia businesses to allow for the purchase of:

1)  equipment to comply with the federal Clean Air Act;                                                             2)  equipment to implement voluntary pollution prevention measures; or                           3) equipment or structures to implement voluntary agricultural best management practices (BMPs).

The fund is a revolving, low-interest loan program that helps small businesses purchase and install equipment to comply with environmental regulations. Loans up to $100,000 for a maximum of 10 years are available. The application fee is $30. Click here to view a fact sheet.
