Newspapers
The Virginia Gazette serves as the local Williamsburg area newspaper and is published twice each week (Wednesday and Saturday).
The Daily Press, a sister publication to the Virginia Gazette, publishes a daily newspaper for the greater Peninsula including the Williamsburg area.
The Virginian Pilot, another sister publication to the Virginia Gazette and the Daily Press, is a daily paper providing coverage of the southside Hampton Roads area with some coverage of the Peninsula.
The Richmond Times-Dispatch, is a daily paper focusing on the greater Richmond area and the upper Peninsula, available in the Williamsburg region.

WMBG 740 AM and 93.5 FM – The Burg broadcasts from downtown Williamsburg.
WCWM 90.9 FM broadcasts from William & Mary.
The Tide 92.3 FM broadcasts from the Williamsburg area.
WBACH 107.9 broadcasts from the Williamsburg area. .
